Many of us learn how to keep going, to stay composed, to manage. We try to hold things together, even when it sometimes takes more out of us than we realise.
What I offer is space you might not give yourself. Time that’s for you to pause and have a more honest kind of conversation with someone outside your everyday life. A place to hear yourself more clearly and notice what might need a little care or attention beneath the noise. Sometimes saying things out loud with someone else can shift things in ways you didn’t expect.
I’m here if you’re curious about what it might feel like to speak more freely, to say what’s really there without needing to filter or perform. To connect back in with you and feel a little more settled in who you are. That curiosity, on its own, is enough.

HOW I WORK
Therapy offers a way to slow down and listen inward. It isn’t about getting rid of what’s uncomfortable, but about learning to stay with what’s there so you can understand what it might be asking for.
I work with people who are carrying a lot, often more than they let others see. Together we explore and make sense of what’s happening, what’s led you here and what you might want for yourself going forward.
My approach is collaborative and responsive, guided by what you bring and what we discover as the work unfolds. My aim is to understand what life looks and feels like for you, while attending to what’s been hidden, quiet or overlooked. It’s an invitation to slow down and return to what feels real.
Together we bring steadiness to what’s happening inside, paying attention to the feelings, thoughts and stories that move through you. With enough care and curiosity, we begin to see what’s ready for something new.

I SUPPORT PEOPLE EXPERIENCING
ABOUT ME
I care about understanding what it means to be human. The differences, the complexities and the fullness of people’s lived experiences. I’m drawn to how we find connection through it all, and what becomes possible when people speak honestly and something meaningful deepens between them. The kind of conversation where we’re left feeling a little more whole.
My background is in the creative and financial industries before retraining as a psychotherapist to work more in depth with human psychology. I hold a master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute in London and am a fully accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
My approach draws from developmental, relational and existential theories. My learning is ongoing, both professionally and as a person. I don’t sit above the work. I’m in it with you, just from a different seat.
I have experience in community, charity and research services, and now focus on my work in private practice. You can find me on UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), Psychology Today and Counselling Directory.
SERVICES & FEES
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults (18+). I’m based in Kensington and Chelsea, London, and currently work online with clients across the UK.
Sessions are weekly, last 50 minutes and cost £75. I tend to work longer term, though we’ll discuss together what feels most helpful for you.
If you’re interested in working together, please get in touch. I offer a free 15 minute call to talk and see whether this feels like the right fit.
